Added ADU setting for rare commodities

In the system, there is a setting that allows you to primarily decide what the maximum number of days with sales should be in 14 days for the goods to be considered rare. Each company can define this parameter based on the specifics of its products. After the definition of rare goods in the system it is possible to set the range of minimum and maximum days required for the formation of sales statistics. It is also necessary to understand that the frequency of delivery of such goods is usually long, so to determine the calculation period. The system is based on the period between deliveries, taking into account the time frame of the delivery of such goods. It is possible to set up to the system was used to calculate the average sale as one, and a few of these periods.

- June 2019

Peak of sales

Companies are not always able to determine exactly on which day the wholesale of the product took place. Often this is due to the lack of a wholesale department in the structure of the company or when wholesale sales are held on cash along with the rest of the goods. In the system there is an opportunity to set a limit, passing through which the system will not take into account the sale of the day.

- May 2019

Questionable buffer

Statistics on past sales are often needed to establish an accurate target stock level for a commodity. If it is not enough or if the data are not cleared (wholesale/share sales), then the accuracy of calculations falls and the buffer defined by the system requires separate attention of the manager. Now such goods can be easily found.

To solve the problem of seasonal goods in the system there appeared a separate block of seasonality management. The user can create seasonality coefficients for each product separately or for a group of products by months in advance. It is very important to add seasonality coefficients, both to increase demand and to decrease demand. The system will be able to predict how and in which direction the demand for the product will change.

- April 2019

Added the possibility of reducing the order by the specified criteria

Now it is possible to reduce the amount, volume and weight of the order. The functionality will be relevant in conditions of limited financial and logistical resources. Allows you to automatically reduce the order by the specified criteria.

Added optimization per region

Now it is possible to optimize orders for the region. In the settings of such optimization you can choose a list of stores, for which you need to finish orders to the desired weight, volume and amount. It is possible both to pre-configure such optimization and to "finish" orders manually online.

- March 2019

Added the ability to customize sets

The functionality allows you to set up the necessary multiplicity of the set, so the system automatically generates orders to maintain the remainder of the CTs in multiples of the set. This simplifies the manager's work: there is no need to track the set's residual quantity. The functionality allows the manager to track where the excesses due to kit maintenance are generated.

Added possibility to manage the buffer in the promotion on the average + operative recalculation on the day of the order

Trends are now towards a constant increase in marketing activities and the number of products that participate in them. Some promotions may start as planned, while others may be "not guessed" by the manager with the coefficient per share. The system itself looks at the fact what sales went into this or that share and adjusts orders according to the sales data

- February 2019

Added the option to calculate a planned promotion based on promotion sales of the same type of period

Frequent occurrence can be a repetition of the promotion on the goods. To facilitate the work of the planning department, it is possible to calculate the planned sales during the promotion based on similar types of previous promotion periods.

Added supplier vacation functionality

The system allows you to set the period of the break in the supplier's work. The program will not generate orders before the end of the break period, and the order before the break will be automatically calculated by the system and increased taking into account interruptions in deliveries.

- January 2019

Added the possibility of moving surplus from the store to the distribution center

The system itself automatically generates transfers from the selected stores to the central warehouse, calculating how much surplus stock is now in the store (the excesses arise for various reasons: after the campaign, the demand for the store has fallen sharply, more than ordered and much more).

- December 2018

ABM Inventory mobile application released

With the help of the mobile application you can quickly assess the situation on the product: why it is not on the shelf, it will be delivered soon or has already been brought to the store and is in stock
